The cup has no playoff. Placement in the group stage determines which position in the cup is played for. The 1st place teams meet in the final, the 2nd place teams play for 3rd-4th place. The 3rd place teams play for 5th-6th place and the 4th place teams play for 7th-8th place.
- We play with quick throw-ins = the referee does not need to check the ball when throwing in on their own half of the field.
- Ball size: Ball size 7: Boys U16 and U15. Ball size 6: Girls U16, U15, U14 and U13. Boys U14 and U13. Girls and Boys U12 play with ball size 5, high baskets and 4 against 4 on a full-size field.
- Playing time: 4 x 6 min effective time.
- The shot clock is applied in all age categories, except U12, and the referees are responsible for it.
- Timeout: One per half and team. May not be saved from half 1 to half 2.
- Halftime break: 2 min.
- Draw result: "Sudden Death" is applied except for the finals where 3 min overtime(s) are played. Sudden Death is started with a throw-in.
- Team foul: After 4 fouls, penalty throw from the 5th team foul.
- Zone play: Only allowed in the U15 and U16 age groups.
- Warm-up: Bring your own balls. Warm-up time on the field cannot be guaranteed.
- Shirt color: If the teams have the same shirt color, the away team will change shirts. (Therefore, bring two different colored jerseys).
- Players must participate in group games to participate in the playoffs. It is not allowed to participate in multiple teams in the same age group.
- Overage player: Exemption required. A maximum of one overage player may be on the field at a time. It is the responsibility of each coach to ensure that this rule is adhered to.
- When leading by 30 points or more, the leading team must retreat to half the field.
- When the number of registered teams results in a group division where the best second, third and so on must be selected for advancement, the following principles apply: 1. Number of wins in the group 2. Goal difference 3. Number of points scored.
- In the event of an uneven number of teams in the different groups, the number of matches played is reduced in those groups where more teams participate. The reduction is done by subtracting the results against the lowest placed team in the group, and thereby all groups have an equal number of matches played.
- Trophies/medals: Awarded to both final teams (A-final).
- Walk Over: If a team fails to attend a match, the team present wins by 20-0. A fee of 3000:- is charged if a team fails to attend a match.
